• Email: will use the MS365 ‘dotOrg’ emails. Bridget, can we get issues ones for Chair; Co-Chair; Treasurer & Secretary? If you can do it easily, I will use those when initially setting up the Contact Us page.
• Security: JeffCo will house all secure documents within MC365 and use their authentication system; for the UFW site, we will have one-password-for-all and in the Members Area, we will have links to MS365 documents.

Monthly Management Meetings

• After the site is live, it is recommended that you hold a monthly meeting with the site ‘Sponsor’ (e.g. the Foundation President) where you discuss and prioritize projects to be worked upon in the ensuing months.
• If you record the projects in this central place, then all members can come here to see what work needs to be done. Simple management tool.
